Be part of the Hibbett Sports Operation Sports Renovation! If you know of a school that has been affected by a natural disaster and needs help in restoring their athletic facilities, you can nominate that school to be chosen as one of the four Hibbett Sports Operation Sports Renovations that will be undertaken in 2008.
To nominate a school, visit www.hibbett.com and fill out the online form or mail in your nomination to Hibbett Sports Operation Sports Renovation Program, Attention: Marketing Department, 451 Industrial Lane, Birmingham, AL 35211.
The schools chosen will each receive a $3,000 donation, athletic equipment to help replace damaged equipment and a team of Hibbett Sports employees to help with restoration efforts for one day.
Hibbett Sports Operation Sports Renovation schools will be chosen in the sole discretion of Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. (“Hibbett Sports”). No purchase is necessary. Odds of selection are dependent on the total number of submissions. By submission of the schools name and information, the school and the individual(s) responsible for such submission (the “Interested Parties”) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions made by any representative of Hibbett Sports, which decisions are final in all matters related to the Hibbett Sports Operation Sports Renovation program. Hibbett Sports will not be responsible for (i) submissions that are not received; (ii) submissions containing illegible information; (iii) interrupted or unavailable network servers or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmission during the submission process; (iv) phone, electrical, network, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties during the submission process; (v) other errors, omissions, interruptions or deletions of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, during the submission process; or (vi) for any damages to the computer of the individual submitting a nominee’s material related to participation in the Hibbett Sports Operation Sports Renovation program. Additionally, Hibbett Sports shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information. All materials submitted become the property of Hibbett Sports and will not be returned. Acceptance of the donations by a selected school grants Hibbett Sports permission to use such school’s name in advertising, promotion and public relations efforts, and all rights to said use, without additional compensation.
No donation will be awarded individually to Interested Parties. The Interested Parties hereby waive all rights, title and interest in and to the donations and acknowledge that the donations are awarded to a selected school only. The donations may not be transferred or assigned and no substitutions are allowed. The Hibbett Sports Operation Sports Renovation program is void where prohibited by law. This program may be discontinued at any time in the sole discretion of Hibbett Sports. Notification of the discontinuance of the program will be posted on the Hibbett Sports website and will be noted in Hibbett Sports direct mail catalogs.
