Please read the Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. MVP Rewards Program Terms and Conditions below in order to begin the registration process.
General
The Hibbett Sports MVP Rewards program ("MVP Rewards") is offered at the sole discretion of Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. ("Hibbett"). Hibbett reserves the right, at its discretion and at any time, with or without notice, to modify, add or delete any MVP Rewards rules, terms, conditions, point calculations, rewards and point totals and to terminate MVP Rewards or participation.
Participation
MVP Rewards is open to U.S. residents (excluding U.S. territories) at least 13 years of age. By joining MVP Rewards, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older, and by using MVP Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Hibbett Sports MVP Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Hibbett Web Site Terms and Conditions, located at www.hibbett.com. You must have a valid email address to participate in MVP Rewards. Registration must be completed online at www.hibbett.com/. Each MVP Rewards participant ("Participant") consents to receiving advertisements, marketing materials, emails and other communication from Hibbett and/or its vendors. Participants are responsible for notifying Hibbett of any changes of address, email address and/or phone numbers. Each Participant will be issued one MVP Rewards card ("Card"). Each Card is nontransferable and cannot be used to earn Points unless tendered by the named cardholder at the time of purchase. Only one named cardholder is allowed per account. Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced. MVP Rewards is valid only at participating Hibbett retail store locations, including Hibbett Sports, Sports Additions, Sports & Co and Hibbett Super Sports, and at www.hibbett.com.
Earning Points
"Points" may be earned with in-store purchases (except layaways, team orders, special orders and gift cards), in-store promotions or in a variety of ways via www.hibbett.com (except on-line purchases). In addition to the various limited events, a maximum number of Points may be earned during any calendar month; please see below. Points earned will be posted to a Participant's account within 30 days of achievement. Points may be tracked by logging into a Participant's account on www.hibbett.com. All Points reporting is final. Participants must present their Card at the time of each in-store purchase in order to ensure accurate Points reporting. Failure to present a Card at the time of purchase will result in the forfeiture of any related potential Points. Points earned for in-store purchased items will be for the actual paid purchase price only, excluding any coupons or Rewards Certificates (as defined hereunder) used. Points are not awarded on any tax paid on purchases. When a purchased item on which Points were earned is returned to the place of purchase for any reason, its purchase Points will be deducted from the account to which the Points were credited. Earning Reward Certificates
Points themselves have no cash value and are not redeemable. Only Reward Certificates (as hereinafter defined) are redeemable. Thirty days after posting, Points earned can be converted into MVP Rewards reward certificates ("Reward Certificates"). Points will be converted into Reward Certificates periodically at the discretion of Hibbett and at a current rate of one $10 Reward Certificate for every 350 Points earned. Notifications of Reward Certificates will be sent to the Participant via email to the email address on the Participant's account. Once converted into a Reward Certificate, Points are deducted from the Participant's MVP Reward account and will not be credited back therein. Hibbett is not responsible for Reward Certificates that are lost, delayed or misdirected in the mail or otherwise during transit. Reward Certificates are non-transferable and shall expire on the earlier of the date of use or the date shown thereon. The sale or barter of any Reward Certificates is expressly prohibited. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Redeeming Reward Certificates
Reward Certificates can be redeemed for in-store purchases (excluding layaways, team orders, special orders and gift cards) at participating Hibbett stores only. Reward Certificates may not be redeemed for on-line purchases, layaways, team orders, special orders, gift cards, cash or store credit. Reward Certificates may be used only once and may not be duplicated or photocopied. Further, in the event that Reward Certificates are electronically distributed, Reward Certificates may be printed only once. Reward Certificates are personal to the Participant named thereon and such Participant must present his/her Card at the time of redemption. Reward Certificates may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the Reward Certificate presented for redemption, excluding sales tax. No cash value, credit or change will be given. Participant is responsible for any applicable sales tax. Reward Certificates may not be combined with any other coupon or employee discount. A percentage of the discount will be lost for each item returned that yields a balance below the minimum purchase amount described herein. Hibbett is not responsible for any Reward Certificates not redeemed by the expiration date thereon. Failure to use a Reward Certificate by the expiration date thereon shall result in the forfeiture of such Reward Certificate and the associated Points used. In the case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Hibbett Sports MVP Rewards Terms and Conditions, Hibbett reserves the right to take all available legal or administrative action, including the forfeiture of accumulated Points and/or termination of Participant's MVP Rewards account. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply. Reward Certificates are void where prohibited.
Termination
Hibbett reserves the right to terminate a Participant's MVP Rewards account at its discretion. Further, Hibbett has the right to terminate the MVP Rewards program at any time, without prior notice. Participants may cancel their participation in the MVP Rewards program at any time. In any case of termination or cancellation of the program or a Participant's participation therein, all unconverted, accumulated Points in a Participant's account shall be forfeited and Hibbett will not be responsible for such accumulated Points or any unredeemed Reward Certificates.
