Can you use baseball cleats for football?

Yes, but you shouldn’t. Specifically built for baseball, metal baseball cleats aren’t allowed in football, and molded cleats don’t offer the same ground-gripping traction you need on the gridiron. Instead, stick to football cleats.

Do baseball cleats run small?

As a general rule, baseball cleats run true to size. However, if you or your child has a wider foot or you’re between sizes, you may want to consider going up a size.
