No. Guest checkout is available for Buy Online, Ship to Store orders.
How is Buy Online, Ship to Store different from other In-Store Pickup options?
Hibbett’s Buy Online and Reserve Online programs allow shoppers to buy and reserve only those items the selected store has in-stock at the time of order placement.
With Ship to Store, your store does not have to have the product you wish to purchase on-hand at the time of purchase. Instead, you can shop inventory from other Hibbett Sports stores’ inventories and have your orders shipped to your local store.

*When will my order be ready for pick up?
Buy Online, Ship to Store orders typically arrive within 3-7 days after order placement with Standard ground shipping selected.
If you need your order sooner, you have the option to expedite your delivery as you would with orders shipped to your home.

Can I change my pickup location or delivery method?
Once an order has been placed, the delivery method nor the location can be changed. Your order will be delivered to the store selected at checkout.
Can I cancel part of or all of my Buy Online, Ship to Store order?
If you have placed an order for items in the wrong size, color, style or something similar, you can cancel all or single items from your Buy Online, Ship to Store order within one (1) hour of order placement.

How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
When every item in your order has arrived, you will receive an email/text notification that your order is ready for pick up. You will not be able to pick up your order until all items have arrived at your pick up location.
What do I need to pick up my order?
All orders require a valid government-issued ID (or school ID for 18 and younger) and the confirmation email you received.
How do I pick up my order at the store?
Follow the signage in the store to the pickup area. If there are no signs, proceed to the checkout station and ask an associate for help. We can also deliver your order curbside.

It will be forfeited, and the product(s) will be placed back into the receiving store's inventory. Your credit card will not be charged, and any authorization hold will be removed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 days for the hold to be released.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, but only the person you listed on the order when it was placed. It's either you or the person you authorized. No one else can pick it up.

Yes, if you decide at pickup you wish to return all or part of the order that can be done on-the-spot. After pickup, you can return like normal. It just takes a trip to the store or the online process.

You cannot pick up individual items from your order. You can only pick up your order once it has been delivered in full to your pick-up location.
