Any promotional offer at Hibbett.com may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Promotional offers are only valid while supplies last and do not apply to any offer to purchase that is not accepted by Hibbett because merchandise is out-of-stock.

This Hibbett Coupon is the property of Hibbett Retail, Inc., formerly known as Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. (“Hibbett”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions as well as any other terms and conditions included in the Coupon (“Coupon”). Coupons can be redeemed in-store and/or online on Hibbett.com. Coupons may be used only once and may not be duplicated or photocopied. In the event that Coupons are distributed electronically, Coupons may be printed or scanned only once. Coupons are strictly prohibited from being posted electronically unless expressly authorized by Hibbett. Coupons may not be redeemed for previous purchases, layaways, team orders, special orders, gift cards, clearance products (prices of all clearance items ending in .97 or .98), cash or store credit. No cash value, credit or change will be given. The Coupon holder is responsible for any applicable sales tax. Coupons may not be combined with any other Coupon, employee discount, or promotional discount of any kind. Hibbett is not responsible for any Coupons not redeemed by any expiration date hereon. Failure to use a Coupon by any expiration date hereon shall result in the forfeiture of such Coupon. In the case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these terms and conditions, Hibbett reserves the right to take all available legal or administrative action, including voiding the Coupon and forfeiture of accumulated Rewards Points, Hibbett Award Certificates and/or termination of Participant’s Rewards account. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Coupons are void where prohibited.

Some Coupons offer a specified dollar amount discount if the transaction exceeds a dollar amount threshold. If the transaction exceeds the dollar amount threshold and includes items subject to a percentage discount greater than the percentage discount corresponding to the Coupon, Hibbett shall apply that percentage discount, rather than the percentage discount corresponding to the Coupon, to those items. For example, if a Coupon offers $10 off a purchase of at least $100, the percentage discount corresponding to the Coupon is 10%. For any items in the transaction subject to a percentage discount greater than 10%, Hibbett shall apply the greater discount. Hibbett shall apply a 10% discount to the remaining items in the transaction.

Offer exclusions are at the discretion of each individual brand. Coupons and other promotional offers may not be redeemed on specific products from the brands listed below; however, offer eligibility may vary and does not necessarily exclude all items under these brands. Offers may also exclude select items from other brands not listed below, based upon each brand's discount restrictions or pricing policy.
