Launch FAQ
Launch shoes will be displayed at a 45-degree angle.
You can view upcoming and recently released shoes in our Launch Calendar.
Launch shoes are excluded from all promotions.
Launch shoes are available at Hibbett.com on a first come, first serve basis. If your size is sold out on launch day, check back with us online or in the App one to two days following the release as additional inventory may be available at that time.
Your order is not processed until you receive the shipment confirmation email.
Launch shoes typically remain on the Launch calendar for 30 days. However, you can tell if the product is no longer a Launch shoe by reviewing the product picture. If the picture is no longer at a 45-degree angle, then the product is no longer considered a Launch shoe.
Most Launch shoes release at 10:00 AM Eastern. To receive a Text Alert reminder the morning of the launch, sign up with your mobile phone number on the product page.
To check if your local store will have a Launch shoe available on release day, select “Check Store Participation” on the product page and enter your zip code and select a search radius. If your local store is participating, please contact the store location to verify if the item will be sold first come first serve, or if you’ll need to enter a raffle through the Hibbett Mobile App.
Raffle FAQ

If you are experiencing issues confirming your Raffle win for in-store pickup, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to your Rewards account on the most up-to-date version of the Hibbett | City Gear app.

- You must be logged in to your Rewards account in order to access your Raffle win confirmation. If you are not logged in, do so now.

2. If you are logged in and still experiencing issues, log out and close the app.

3. Reopen the app and sign back in to your Rewards account.


If the problem continues:

1. Delete and re-download the latest version of the Hibbett | City Gear app and log in to your Rewards account.

2. OR try logging in to your Rewards account on a different mobile device.

If you are experiencing issues purchasing your online Raffle win, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Hibbett | City Gear app.

- If not, delete and re-download the app from Google Play or the App Store.

2. Outside the app, log in to your Rewards account on Hibbett.com (www.hibbett.com).

3. Within the My Account dashboard, edit or delete and re-enter your shipping or billing address. Save your changes, and then log out of your account.

4. Proceed with your purchase in the app.

No, winners of the raffle win an opportunity to purchase the selected product on launch day.
Raffle registration typically opens one week before release.
Raffle entries will close 12:00 PM ET.
When you search for a store, the closest stores participating in the raffle will be listed at the top of the search results. You may select up to three nearby store locations. If your store is not listed, then they will not be participating in the raffle.
You'll receive an email notification, an in-app notification if you have alerts enabled, and a text message if you signed up for text updates about raffle entry during registration. You can also check your raffle status in the " My Account" section of the Mobile App.
The first round of Raffle winners will be notified after 12:00 PM ET the day before the release. Those selected will have until 4:00 PM ET to confirm their win. At 4:00 PM ET, a second round of Raffle winners will be selected and the selected raffle winners will have until 7:00 PM ET to confirm their win. If you did not win, you will be notified after 7:00 PM ET.
App Updates - You'll need the latest version of the Hibbett App installed. Verify you have the latest version by visiting the App Store (iOS) or Google Play store (Android).

App Notifications - Verify all in-app notifications for the Hibbett App are enabled and not blocked. To receive push notifications about the status of your raffle entry, select “Get Alerts” on the product page. You can turn on alerts from the product page at any time, even after you’ve entered the raffle.

Text Alerts – During registration you’ll have the option to sign up for Text Alerts about your raffle entry.

Email – You’ll automatically receive an email notification if you’ve won a raffle.

In the App – View the status of your raffle entry anytime in the “My Account” section of the app.

No, you can’t modify a raffle entry or enter the raffle again for the same product. You'll still have the opportunity to purchase online at Hibbett.com on launch day for the correct size.
On launch day, you’ll have until 12:00 PM local store time to purchase your shoe.
You’ll want to bring a valid government issued ID to claim your pair and make a launch shoe purchase. Please bring your device with your confirmed win screen to claim your pair.
Yes! The person picking up your raffle win must present the winner's valid government issued ID with a first and last name that matches the first and last name contained in the winning entry.
Lightning Round FAQ
Hibbett | City Gear’s Lightning Round component of our Launch Raffle program provides customers with an additional opportunity to win launch shoes that were not claimed by winners of the regular Launch Raffle. Lightning Round opens immediately after the regular Raffle Win pickup window closes.
When you join the Lightning Round you no longer need to worry about confirming your win. We will automatically confirm your win on your behalf. Additionally, if the Raffle Win is eligible for in-store pickup we will process your order so that it’s ready to go at the scheduled time of pickup on launch day. If the Raffled item must be shipped, we will automatically complete your order on launch day and ship your Win to you.
The Lightning Round is completely optional for in-store Launch Raffles, but Lightning Round offers you another chance to win, so why not enter?! Participation in the Lightning Round IS required to enter for products that will be shipped to you.
Your card information is needed so that we can ensure sufficient funds are available for the cost of the product being Raffled. Should you win, Hibbett | City Gear will automatically confirm your win and process your order using the provided payment method.

If you do not win in the Lightning Round, you will receive an email notification letting you know that you did not win and no authorization hold will be placed on your account nor will your method of payment be charged.
The Lightning Round is completely optional for our in-store Launch Raffles but is required to enter Raffles for products that will be shipped to you. Without your credit card, you will not be able to take advantage automatic win confirmation and order placement in the Lightning Round. If you enter a Raffle for shoes available for in-store pickup, you will be given the option to skip the Lightning Round.
At the time of entry, we collect your card information to ensure sufficient funds are available for the cost of the product being Raffled. Two days prior to Launch Day, verification of sufficient funds will show as a temporary authorization hold or pending charge on your method of payment. Placing temporary authorization holds on methods of payment is standard practice for all orders placed through our website.

Without your credit card, you will not be able to take advantage of automatic win confirmation and order placement in the Lightning Round.
Should you win, the authorization hold will be converted into a charge when you pick up your Raffle Win in-store, or when your online Raffle Win ships to you.

• Please Note: If you do not pick up your Win on Launch Day by 12 pm local time, or by your set appointment time, whichever is later, the authorization hold will be released. Your credit card will not be charged. Most holds expire within 3-5 business days, but could take up to 30 days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

When you win the Raffle, Hibbett will place a temporary authorization hold for cost of the Raffle Win on your method of payment. This hold will then be converted into a charge when you pick up your Win (in-store winners only) or it is shipped to you (online winners only).
Lightning Round winners do not need to confirm their win! Hibbett | City Gear will automatically confirm the win for you and prepare your order for pickup or shipping (depending on the type of Raffle you entered).
Raffle Wins that are not picked up within the designated time frame on Launch Day will be forfeited and placed back into inventory.

Your credit card will not be charged, and the authorization hold will be removed within 30 days. Most holds expire within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
