MVP Rewards Program

I have a question regarding my MVP Rewards Card, how can I have it answered?

If our Frequently Asked Questions page did not include your question, Our MVP Rewards Customer Service is happy to serve you in just a click. Customer Service is located at the "Contact Us" link in the bottom right hand corner of our home page. Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response unless your question is submitted on a national holiday and/or the weekend.


My Initial 20% off coupon has expired, can you send me another one?

Unfortunately, once the 20% off Coupon expires we do not reissue them; however, once you accumulate 350 Points you will then be eligible for a $10 Reward Certificate which we issue quarterly.


While attempting to print my initial, 20% off coupon, my printer had an error.

As long as the coupon is still valid, we will be happy to send you another one. Please let us know through the "Contact Us" link and we will resend it for you.


I have over 350 Points in my account, where is my Reward Certificate?

Reward Certificates are issued once a quarter. If you have over 350 Points, you will be eligible to receive a Reward Certificate during the next quarter. At the time Reward Certificates are issued, you will be notified via email. Then, you will need to log into your account and click the "Certificates" button at the top of your screen in order to retrieve and print your Reward Certificate.


Why does my previous purchase say "pending" in my Points History?

Points remain in a "pending" status for 30 days after the date of the purchase. At the end of that time period, your account will be credited Points at the rate of 1 Point per dollar spent in our stores if you have presented your MVP Rewards card at your purchases.


I did not present my MVP Rewards card at a previous Hibbett purchase, can I still receive credit?

First, please be sure your purchase is not listed in the "pending" status under your Points History. If it is not, we will be happy to credit your account if you will please provide us with the following information through the "Contact Us" link: your MVP account number, date of purchase, store number, transaction number and the pretax amount.


I registered in my local Hibbett Sports store and cannot verify my account online.

You will need to verify your in-store registration online 48 hours after registering in the store by going to www.hibbett.com and click the "login to your account" button at the top of your screen. On the next screen, click the "Verify In-Store Registration" button in order to verify your in-store registration and create a username and password for your account. You will need to enter the MVP number listed on the back of your card along with the phone number you provided at the time of registration.


I have two separate accounts, can these be merged into one?

Yes, please email Customer Service through the "Contact Us" link which account you would like to keep and which to delete and we will then merge them for you. Please be sure that you have verified the account you are choosing to keep before requesting to have them merged.


I lost my MVP Rewards card, can you please send me another one?

We do not issue replacement cards, however you can do one of two things: continue presenting your MVP number along with your Photo I.D. at each Hibbett purchase to ensure you receive credit, or you can register for another account (either online or in-store) and let Customer Service know through the "Contact Us" link so we can merge the two accounts for you into the new one you created.


I forgot my username and/or password and cannot login to my account.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, simply click the "Forgot Password" below the log in page. You will then be prompted to provide your email address so that the system can email you your password and/or username. You will be sent a temporary password, which is why we suggest immediately logging into your account with this temporary password and then changing it to a password you can remember under the "My Info" tab. If you are still having difficulties, please let us know through the "Contact Us" link.


My Reward Certificate has expired, can you send me another one?

Unfortunately, once the Reward Certificate expires we do not reissue them; however, once you accumulate another 350 Points you will then be eligible for a $10 Reward Certificate which we issue quarterly. In the meantime, please be sure the contact information listed on your account is updated so that if you are eligible for a Reward Certificate the next quarter, you will receive the email notification.


I am not receiving emails or direct mail from Hibbett Sports, what is wrong?

Not receiving Hibbett Sports emails regularly could be the result of one of three issues. First, please be sure that our emails are not being sent to your SPAM box. Second, at the time when you verified your account online, you were prompted to check off what product you would be interested in receiving emails about, this could affect the frequency of emails you receive from us. Third and final, verify that the email address listed on your account under the "My Info" tab is correct.



General Information

Will Hibbett sponsor or donate money to my team or organization?

Hibbett Sports® receives a large number of requests for donations, event sponsorships, team sponsorships and various other requests. We cannot possibly grant every request, and it would be unfair to grant a few while refusing others. Therefore, it is our policy not to sponsor individual teams and organizations. However, we are involved in some community projects you may find helpful. Please visit our "Community Relations" page for more information.


Is Hibbett involved with the Chamber of Commerce?

Hibbett Sports® is a proud member of the Chamber of Commerce of Birmingham, Alabama, where our corporate office is located. We greatly value our involvement with this fine organization. However, with hundreds of stores in multiple states, Hibbett is unable to join local chambers of commerce in the cities where we have stores.


What if I want to advertise with Hibbett?

We are currently under contract with an advertising agency. If you have a proposal you would like for us to review, please send it to the following address: Alexander Advertising, Inc. 2420 Arlington Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35205. If we are interested in the proposal, we will contact you at that time.


Why can't I buy products directly on Hibbett.com?

At the present time, we only offer an option for you to purchase items directly from the following vendors via our website: Under Armour, Adidas, Fossil, Reebok, K-Swiss, and shortly, New Balance. To use our shop on-line option and be connected to these websites through Hibbett.com, please click on the "shop on-line" option on the left side menu on your computer screen. You will then be taken to a screen where you will see all our direct buy vendors listed- you may click on one of these and be taken directly to their website where you can purchase their products. If you are looking for products not offered by these buy direct vendors, please visit our store locator to find the Hibbett store nearest you.


Why does Hibbett not carry golf or tennis items?

In the past we have offered golf and tennis and found that it was not successful in our format. The reason is that most golfers and tennis players are looking for a wide selection of merchandise when they are shopping. Our company focus is team sports and when we stock tennis or golf, the narrow selection we offer is not adequate to service these savvy customers. The only price points that sell in these categories are low end serving only the beginner level athlete. If we stock upper end product, it only sells when it is marked below original cost. At this time we feel that it is best to leave that business to specialty stores.


What if I want to order uniforms for my team- can I get a discount?

Though we don't offer sponsorships or donations, we can provide team discounts to any team or organization meeting minimum purchase requirements. Ask your local store manager for details. Also, our local store management will be glad to attend events or sports league sign-ups and provide valuable coupons to team members.


Does Hibbett give military discounts?

As you can imagine, Hibbett receives many such requests from a variety of organizations that serve the public. While we wish we could offer discounts to all of them, it's simply not possible. However, our company offers an MVP program to all who apply. This program provides regular valuable discount coupons via e-mail to customers who join the MVP program. To become a member, just drop in your local Hibbett Sports store and sign up with us. You can find your local store by using the store locator on this website. You will receive your first coupon within a week of your registration.
