Hibbett and City Gear present: Sneaker Madness

The Madness is Back

College basketball DOMINATES the month of March with the NCAA championships, and we're here for it! Backet mania is in full swing, and Hibbett & City Gear are joining in the fun with our fourth-annual Sneaker Madness bracket contest through which YOU can help determine which of the sneakersphere's most iconic kicks are the best sneakers of all time - 2024 edition.

And sure glory and gloating power are great if you win, but what's a contest really without a ballin' grand prize? We're awarding three winners with up to $1000 . You heard us: $1000!

So, who's going toe-to-toe in this year's Sneaker Madness matchups? We've handpicked some of the hottest launch styles from recent years, showcasing styles from Nike, Jordan, adidas and New Balance. Which shoe will come out on top? Will it be the J Balvin x Air Jordan 3? The Kobe 6 "Reverse Grinch"? Or will the adidas Samba take the W? You decide.

How it Works

The voting power is in your hands. Each week, beginning March 18, Hibbett & City Gear will post a poll featuring the week's latest matchups on our Instagram and Twitter accounts, starting with our initial 16 of classic kicks, second round of eight sneakers, remaining four and finally the No. 1 Sneaker of All Time! Winners of each round will be determined by whichever model gets the most votes via the poll and announced weekly on our Instagram story and Twitter posts 2 days after voting day.

How to Enter

To participate in our 2024 Sneaker Madness bracket contest^*, follow either @hibbettsports or @citygear on either Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, "like" the contest announcement post, and tag a friend to our Sneaker Madness contest post. After entry, you can then cast your votes through our Sneaker Madness matchup social polls!

How To Win

Three winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries on April 2, 2024. The third prize winner will receive a $500 Hibbett | City Gear gift card. The runner-up will win a Hibbett | City Gear gift card valued at $750. And the first-place winner will receive a $1000 grand prize gift card from Hibbett or City Gear.
