Mychal Bella is sharing her story throughout the Support Her Sole campaign, serving as a digital host to help uplift young women.

Mychal Bella is a seven-time Emmy-nominated actress and model based in Los Angeles. Her most recent project, Underground Railroad, won the 2022 Golden Globe Award for best Miniseries or TV film. Mychal is a lifetime philanthropist, collaborating with nonprofit organizations in areas from animal advocacy to anti-bullying to cystic fibrosis awareness. A gifted reader from a young age, Mychal seeks to empower others to master their passions through literacy and representation. She’ll be sharing her story throughout the Support Her Sole campaign, serving as a digital host to help uplift young women.

Nike x Hibbett's Support Her Sole campaign continues with the addition of Amazon's "Underground Rail Road" actress, Mychal Bella, to the SHS community! The Support Her Sole program celebrates young women taking the world by storm. Collaborators like Mychal have the opportunity to share how they support other women, break down boundaries, and the role fashion plays in a woman’s confidence.

Support does not exist without connection – connection to your community, your creative source and yourself. In today’s world the weight on our shoulders, on women’s shoulders, to “fit in” is heavy, but through sports, fashion and creativity, women and young girls are finding the joy in being different. We want to encourage Gen-Z girls and millennial women to knock down boundaries and create their own through self-expression and being themselves.
