While you'd never wear the AJ13 as a basketball shoe these days, the Tinker Hatfield design certainly still looks court-ready. The tumbled white leather upper features distinctive dimpling throughout. This covers the majority of the shoe — even the laces, which are mostly shrouded for a clean and seamless appearance.
Light gray suede covers the bottom half of the upper on both sides as well as the heel. It's on the lateral side of the heel that you'll see the holographic circular jewel featuring a Jumpman soaring across a "23" background.
Red finally enters the picture on the tongue, which includes an embroidered Jumpman. You'll also notice red outlining the outsole. What sets this apart from the bottom of every other shoe is the paw-like outsole traction pattern in white and gray. There's also one more Jumpman jewel at the midfoot.
Pair this casual shoe with some slim-fit or tapered joggers in a neutral color like black or gray. A simple white T-shirt and a stylish zip-up hoodie in a matching shade of gray or black can complete the look.
Though it just turned 25 last year, the Jordan 13 still has life — especially this Wolf Grey colorway. Find your pair in men's, grade school kids', preschool kids' and toddler kids' sizes when they drop on August 5, online and at your local Hibbett | City Gear.
