The new Jordan Tatum 1 "Desert Tie-Dye" is the perfect send-off for a design still hitting its stride. It stuns in shades of tan, black, Sail and Volt with an earth-inspired feel. Catch it in grade school kids', men's and preschool kids' sizes starting January 4.
This kick's upper is crafted from Sail mesh, keeping the shoe light. It also features tie-dye-like camouflage pattern canvas overlays on the tongue, eyestays and heel. This pattern adds a unique touch and a subtle nod to the pre-game tunnel vibes, where players often show off their fashion sense.
The JT logo on the tongue, the spotted laces and the Jumpman logo on the heel are all rendered in black, adding a touch of contrast. Pops of Volt appear on the number "0" and signature at the heel and the Jumpman logo on the insole, injecting a burst of energy. The shoe sits atop a Sail canvas rubber outsole, providing excellent traction and completing the earthy look.
One final touch in the Bryant Klug design is the foam midsole, which juts upward in a triangular cutout on the lateral side, showcasing the Zoom Air unit inside.
It'll be easy for kids to wear these basketball shoes. Just have them throw it on with their uniform and a pair of matching black crew socks. They'll be ready for whatever the hardwood throws at them — much like Tatum himself.
So far, Tatum has been averaging over 27 points a game this season—and the small forward doesn't show signs of slowing down. Help your little ones celebrate his dominance on the Celtics when you grab the Jordan Tatum 1 "Desert Tie-Dye" in grade school kids', preschool kids' and men's sizes on January 4, online or at your local Hibbett | City Gear.
