How Do I Pickup My Order Curbside?

Upon arrival, please call your store, and a Hibbett Sports team member will bring your In-Store Pickup order directly to your car.

Please be prepared to provide your order number, where you parked and car make, model and color.

If you wish to return an item or items from your Curbside Pickup order, returns can be made via mail for free* for up to 60 days after purchase.

What Is Reserve Online Pick Up in Store?

Maybe there's a product you like but you aren't certain about the color or size? Simply Reserve Online and it will be ready to try on at the store! If you like it, buy it. If not, keep shopping!

How do I Shop My Store?

We provide multiple ways to let you shop your store

  1. Use the Shop My Store main navigation category.
  2. From any product page, select your size/color first, then you will see options to pickup a product (if it is in stock at your store).
  3. Use our Store Locator to find a store, then shop your store.
  4. From any category page, select the Shop My Store tab to see products just from your store.
  5. In your bag, change the item to store pickup instead of shipping to your address.

No. Guest checkout is available for Buy Online Pick Up In Store.

Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and after 4:00 p.m. on Sundays, will be available the following day.

Can I place an order before the store opens?

Yes! However, orders placed before store opening will not be fulfilled until the store opens. Fulfillment may take 90 minutes.

What do I need to pick up my order?

All orders require a valid government issued ID (or school ID for 18 and younger) and the confirmation email you received.

When can I pick up my order?

Most orders are ready 90 minutes after they are placed. Make sure you've received the confirmation email and/or text message before you head to the store.

How do I pick up my order at the store?

Follow the signage in the store to the pickup area. If there are no signs, proceed to the checkout station and ask an associate for help.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Your order will remain ready for pickup for seven (7) days.

What happens if I forget to pick up my order within the seven (7) day period?

It will be forfeited, and the product(s) will be placed back into inventory. Your credit card will not be charged and any authorization hold will be removed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 days for the hold to be released.

Can someone else pickup my order?

Yes, but only the person you listed on the order when it was placed. It's either you or the person you authorized. No one else can pick it up.

How am I charged?

Once you pick up your order, your credit card will be charged.

Did I get charged when I placed the order online?

No. A hold was placed on your account for the amount you ordered, but that hold is released if the order is not completed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 days for the hold to be released.

Can I return all or part of an order?

Yes, if you decide at pickup you wish to return all or part of the order that can be done on-the-spot. After pickup, you can return like normal. It just takes a trip to the store or the online process.

Can I pick up part of the order at one time and the rest at another?

Yes, once the order is ready you can pick up all or part of it within the next day window. You will only be charged for what you pick up.

What types of payment are accepted?

The same types we take online: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Gift Cards, and PayPal.

Yes. Once the Reservation is ready, you can pick up all or part of it within the next day window. Items left unpurchased will be removed from your Reservation and placed back into inventory.
