The AE3 features Hyperboost cushioning for lightweight speed and energy return, a low top collar height for ankle mobility, and a chevron design that supports on-court stability. The AE2 combines LIGHTBOOST + Lightstrike for cushioning, responsiveness and energy return, with a Propulsion Plate for torsional support and energy return and Articulated Fangs for lockdown and containment. The Believe That features Dreamstrike cushioning for cushioning, shock absorption and flexibility, along with a Containment Panel that provides support on both sides of the foot for quick cuts and lockdown through changes of direction. They are also more accessible to everyone in comparison to the mainline models.
What are the differences between AE3 and previous models?
The AE3 builds on the Anthony Edwards signature line with a low top collar height for ankle mobility similar to the AE1 Low, full length Hyperboost cushioning for lightweight speed and energy return, and a Chevron design that delivers the signature Anthony Edwards aesthetic. Are AE shoes suitable for outdoor use?
All AE shoes currently are designed for indoor courts. Their rubber outsoles are not made for outdoor use, and will not stay in good condition if used in this capacity.
