Are Nike Metcons good for running?

You can absolutely wear Nike Metcons for running, as they’re designed to cover all your training needs. However, we think they work best on the mat, in exercise classes or at the CrossFit box.

Do Nike Metcons run small?

While technically true to size, Nike Metcons do have an overall narrow fit. If your feet run a bit wider, consider going half a size up.
