How "Try Before You Buy" Works?

We’ve taken the guesswork out of online shopping. Our Reserve Online, Pay In-Store service lets you hold the hottest footwear and apparel so you can ensure the perfect fit for you and the little ones.

Step 1: Find Your Gear - Browse Hibbett.com and look for the "Reserve Online" option on product pages.

Step 2: Reserve for Free - Select your size and color, then choose your preferred Hibbett location. You can reserve up to 5 items per day with no upfront payment or credit card required! We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your order is received.

Step 3: We’ll Get It Ready - Our team will pull your items and have them ready in 90 minutes or less (for reservations placed at least 2 hours before store close). We’ll send you a text or email when your gear is ready.

Step 4: Visit & Decide - Head to the store, try everything on, and only pay for what you want to take home. Your reservation will be held until the end of the next business day.

Reservations placed after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and after 4:00 p.m. on Sundays, will be available the following day.
Yes! However, Try Before You Buy reservations placed before store opening will not be fulfilled until the store opens. Fulfillment may take 90 minutes.
You may reserve up to five (5) items per day.
All Reservations require a valid government issued ID (or school ID for 18 and younger) and the confirmation email you received.
Most Reservations are ready 90 minutes after they are placed. Make sure you've received the confirmation email and/or text message before you head to the store.
Follow the signage in the store to the pickup area. If there are no signs, proceed to the checkout station and ask an associate for help.
Your Reservation will remain ready for pickup until the close of business the following day.
It will be forfeited, and the product(s) will be placed back into inventory.
Only the person placing the Reservation can pick up the item(s).
Once you pick up the merchandise at the checkout station, you will proceed with a normal in-store transaction.
No. Not at all. We didn't even ask for any payment info!
Yes. Once the Reservation is ready, you can pick up all or part of it within the next day window. Items left unpurchased will be removed from your Reservation and placed back into inventory.
The same types we take in-store: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Gift Cards, Apple Pay and cash.
Highly anticipated "Launch" products and high-demand releases are generally excluded from the Try Before You Buy program and are managed through our Launch Raffle system in the Hibbett App.
We provide multiple ways to let you shop your store.

1. Use the Shop My Store main navigation category.
2. From any product page, select your size/color first, then you will see options to pickup a product (if it is in stock at your store).
3. Use our Store Locator to find a store, then shop your store.
4. From any category page, select the Shop My Store tab to see products just from your store.
5. In your bag, change the item to store pickup instead of shipping to your address.
