Our Store Employees go through a five-part training program which uses written manuals, detailed videos and actual on-the-job experience. Count on additional training through vendor clinics and our own Hibbett University program. Store Managers and District Managers give feedback on employee progress as well as provide tips on ways to improve performance. We also encourage input from everyone on our team to help us continue to grow and improve.

The Compliance Specialist position will work as an intermediary between the warehouse Inbound Receiving department and the EDI department. This position will assist with determining a solution by partnering with the EDI team and Merchandising department for warehouse shipments that arrive with compliance violations. Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills are required. This position requires a person with a strong ability to self-manage and prioritize workloads that may change throughout the workday. The Compliance Specialist position will be primarily located at our Warehouse and Logistics Facility in Alabaster, Alabama. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Working knowledge of EDI technology and applications, preferred experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
