Fast Feet for the Elite Athlete x Hibbett Empowerment Day in Anniston, AL

Hibbett was proud to partner with Fast Feet for the Elite Athlete in Anniston, Alabama, for a meaningful day focused on empowering the next generation of young female athletes.

As part of the partnership, Hibbett donated $25,000 to support the organization’s mission of creating opportunities, resources, and encouragement for girls striving to reach their full athletic potential. To further elevate the experience, Nike provided Pegasus 42 running shoes for each athlete, ensuring every participant left equipped with high-quality gear to support their journey.

A highlight of the day was a Q&A session featuring Olympic trainer Jayla Kirkland, NIL athlete Melanie Doggett, and her younger sister Morgan Doggett. They shared personal stories about discipline, setbacks, confidence, and believing in yourself through uncertainty, offering real perspective on what it takes to grow as an athlete and as a person.

After the conversation, the energy shifted from inspiration to action as the athletes laced up their new Nike Pegasus 42s and took to the track. Smiles, laughter, and determination filled the space as they tested their shoes and embraced the moment.

More than an event, this was an investment in confidence, community, and the future of young athletes.
