For Oak Cliff x Hibbett and Jordan Brand Celebrate the Holidays and Family
As part of our ongoing partnership with For Oak Cliff, Hibbett and Jordan Brand sponsored a holiday party at the For Oak Cliff community center on December 5. The theme of the evening centered around family togetherness. This message of keeping family in focus is one Jordan Brand is also supporting through the brand’s upcoming 12/10 launch of the Air Jordan 11 Low “Cherry” colorway.
For Oak Cliff Multimedia Lab Reveal
Congratulations to the For Oak Cliff community center on the grand opening of their new multimedia lab, powered in part by Hibbett and Jordan Brand!
The community center recently invited Hibbett team members to attend the unveiling of the now complete multimedia lab at the For Oak Cliff campus.

Fully equipped with different technologies that will help teach the youth of South Oak Cliff skills in media arts, kids in the community now have a dedicated space where they can access things like cameras and videography/photography equipment, graphic design and video editing software, resources for music production and more.

Special thanks to Stem and Thorn's Jeremy Biggers (@stemandthorn) for the custom mural that comprises an entire wall in the lab. The neon-ombre artwork features the faces of actual For Oak Cliff community kids who will benefit from the new lab's offerings.

Hibbett x Jordan Brand Donate Backpacks, Funding to Dallas-Based For Oak Cliff
For Oak Cliff was founded in 2014 by teacher Taylor Toynes. After seeing that most of his fourth grade class did not have any school supplies, Toynes worked with students and community members to organize an annual Back To School Festival, designed to equip students with the necessary supplies, resources, and service providers to have a successful school year.

This back to school season, Hibbett partnered with Jordan Brand to support For Oak Cliff and the community by donating 1,000 backpacks to be given away at the 8th Annual Back to School Infinity Festival. In addition to this donation, For Oak Cliff received $50,000 on behalf of Hibbett and Jordan Brand to help with funding for the organization's new Multimedia Lab. With this donation, For Oak Cliff aims to equip the lab with different technologies like graphic design video editing software and cameras to help teach the community graphic arts including photography, filmmaking, music production and more.
