The Nike Ja 1 "Bright Mandarin" kids' shoe drops August 12 at Hibbett | City Gear.

Through four NBA seasons, Ja Morant has firmly established himself as one of the most dynamic players in the league. To showcase Ja’s flair, Nike has announced the drop of a new colorway in the Memphis Grizzlies point guard's signature line.

The Nike Ja 1 "Bright Mandarin" is an explosion of color with the titular shade, Opti Yellow, Baltic Blue and black. Sorry, parents — this one's just for the kids. This grade school kids exclusive will drop on August 12.

The Ja 1's unique design features a blend of orange mesh and leather across the upper, providing both style and durability. The standout orange base includes a dynamic graphic wrap-around black Swoosh with yellow, amplifying the sneaker's bold personality.

Complementing the look are golden mesh laces, adding a pop of contrast to the overall design. Not to be missed, the Baltic Blue "JA" tongue logos and the unmistakable number "12" embroidered onto the heels pay homage to the superstar himself.

You'll also see Ja's signature on the heel toward the lateral edge of each shoe, the toe guard at the front of the shoe and the inside of the tongue in embroidered orange. Inside the shoe, the black insole includes a black, yellow and red star motif paired with a Nike Swoosh.

The black midsole speckled with yellow keeps the vibrant color palette perfectly balanced. Beneath it, the blue rubber outsole completes the ensemble, offering a reliable grip and enhancing the overall appeal of this basketball sneaker. Embedded in the heel is one more orange JA logo.

The Ja 1 are court-ready, so they look great in all your favorite gear.
