At first glance, you might notice this colorway is extremely similar to the Jordan Zion 3 "Black/White" that dropped back in December. It features the same distinct splatter pattern across the engineered mesh upper, just in reverse. White tones start at the eyestays and transition into black at the heel and toe.
The splatter isn't just a random design—it's actually a symbol Williamson chose to represent himself stepping out of the mud. It's created with haptic ink that doesn't limit movement or flexibility.
The white tongue also features embossed white splatters as well as a Jumpman. Aqua contrast stitching adds a bit of flair along the tongue's edge. Inside the shoe, the insole is a bright pink that keeps the shoe from feeling too one note.
For lateral containment, there's a raised black TPU "Z" shape across the midsole. Other features that'll help you beat the best of them include a Formula23 drop-in midsole and Zoom Air cushioning. At the heel, you'll see the Zion logo embroidered in Pear. Beneath it is a tiny red Jumpman as a nod to the brand's legacy.
The outsole includes a herringbone traction pattern that's teal at the forefoot and black at the heel, crafted to provide superior control over your on-court action.
Williamson's goal with the shoe was to remind young people that if they work hard enough, greatness can come from anywhere. And we think he's more than accomplished that with the Air Jordan Zion 3 "Pressure." Grab it in grade school kids' and preschool kids' sizes on April 18.
