After his Herculean efforts earned him Finals MVP honors, Giannis Antetokounmpo helped the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Finals for the team’s first championship in 50 years.

But that’s not all the Greek Freak has been up to. He also perfected a new “Project 34” colorway in his signature shoe line, the Nike Zoom Freak 3. It’ll be available in men’s, grade school and preschool kids‘ sizes starting Aug. 27. The colorway’s name is a nod to Project 34, an organization that provides grants to people who have suffered spinal cord injuries.

As for the design of the shoe, a sleek and contoured black upper provides a snug fit with every step. A deep purple midfoot strap offers amazing containment both on and off the court. Beneath that is a standard black hook-and-loop strap that keeps your feet secure.

A white reverse Swoosh along the ankle stands out, as does the white midsole with a wave pattern. At the balls of the feet, you’ll see a purple patch—that’s actually two Zoom Air units that offer superior energy absorption so you can go big on your jump shots. Externally, there’s also a piece of purple TPU to provide additional stability when you’re moving side to side.

At the bottom of the laces, you’ll see two tiny embroidered Swooshes—one’s light blue, while the other is pale green. The tongue branding includes a white key on the right foot along with a white lock on the left foot.

When you’re thinking about how to style these shoes, consider pairing them with the Greek Freak’s jersey. The forest green and pale yellow tones of the Bucks logo will look fresh with the black, white and dark purple of these kicks. Otherwise, they’ll look great with your favorite sweats or joggers.
