NBA All-Star Weekend 2020
NBA All-Star Weekend is upon us and that means exclusive sneaker drops, apparel, and All-Star products from brands like Jordan, Nike, Under Armour and Puma. This year sees the event return to Chicago for the first time since 1988. Chicago vibes feature prominently in Jordan's 2020 All-Star collection to celebrate the city where Michael Jordan brought home six NBA championships. Other releases from Nike include a Chicago-inspired Kyrie 6 and a PG 4 with a tie-dyed, ”Gatorade” colorway. Under Armour has a new Curry 7 with a "Cordova/Black/Beta" colorway. PUMA is bringing out a Sky Modern high-top sneaker in "White/Peacoat" and a Clyde Hardwood sneaker in a Metallic colorway.
The last time the NBA All-Star game was in Chicago, Michael Jordan faced off against Dominique Wilkins on his home court in one of the most memorable slam dunk contests in NBA history. Wearing his iconic Air Jordan 3's, His Airness narrowly defeated Wilkins with the last dunk of the competition using his iconic free-throw line dunk.
