Shipping Information
For Standard shipping, we ship all products through FedEx or USPS (The U.S. Postal Service). A tracking number will be assigned to each shipment and sent to you.
All 2 Business Day Delivery orders are fulfilled through FedEx. 2 Business Day Delivery is available in select locations only.

The final delivery for shipments delivered by Standard shipping methods may be made by USPS.
2 Business Day Delivery orders are delivered by FexEx.

Standard shipping is included for FREE on most orders for all Hibbett Rewards members. Standard shipping weight is up to five (5) pounds.

We ship to to Alaska and Hawaii (via Expedited and Express only).

We do not offer shipping to APO/FPO, International, or to U.S. territories.

FREE shipping is only available as Standard (ground) shipping and 2 Business Day Delivery (available in select areas). All references to FREE shipping assume Standard (Ground) shipping protocols.
Clearance Items & Weight-Based Surcharges
All items over five (5) pounds will incur a weight surcharge based off the following scale.

  • 5 to 10 pounds—$5.00
  • 11 to 15 pounds—$10.00
  • 16 to 25 pounds—$15.00
  • 26 to 40 pounds—$20.00
  • 41 to 60 pounds—$25.00
  • 61 to 80 pounds—$30.00
  • 81+ pounds—$35.00(+)*

    • Example: An order weighing 61 pounds will incur a $30 weight surcharge.
    *Please note: orders weighing 81+ pounds are subject to a minimum $35 surcharge. Actual surcharge will vary based on total order weight.
    Shipping FAQs
    View your order status, estimated delivery date, and tracking information if available using our Check Order Status online form.

    Orders typically process and ship 24-48 hours after the order is submitted.

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes an estimated delivery time frame. Click on the "Track My Package" link in the email to view details about your package. While on the "Track My Package" page, you'll have the option to sign up to receive text updates about your delivery.
    2 Business Day Delivery is only available in select areas. To see if this shipping method is available in your area, please enter your desired shipping ZIP code on the product page "Ship to Home" dialog box or in the shopping bag.

    2 Business Day Delivery is subject to product availability.
    If available, you can select 2 Business Day Delivery as your desired shipping method upon order placement.
    You will be notified via email for all other 2 business day deliveries.
    All 2 Business Day Delivery orders will be delivered by FedEx.
