Things You’ll Need: Measuring tape

    Stand on the floor barefoot with your backside against the wall.

    To determine your waist size, measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

  3. Step 3
    (For Women & Girls)

    To determine your hip size, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
