The Jordan 6 Retro "Toro Bravo" men's and kids' shoe drops May 24 at Hibbett | City Gear.

Michael Jordan wore plenty of red when he played for the Chicago Bulls. Now, that bold shade is making a comeback in a big way with a retro Jordan 6 release.

The Nike Air Jordan 6 Retro "Toro Bravo" uses Varsity Red, black and white to make a statement everyone on the court will notice. Originally part of the Raging Bulls pack released in 2009, this shoe comes back to stores in men's, grade school kids, preschool kids and toddler kids sizes on May 24.

The all-red suede upper looks soft to the touch. Eyestay overlays zig-zag down to the toe and midsole, while an overlay covers the heel. Perforated side panels and ankles let your feet breathe during intense moments.

The black tongue includes an embroidered red Jumpman lace cover. Above it is a classic black lace toggle complete with a small red Jumpman. This holds the red laces in place. The top of the tongue includes Air Jordan branding in black.

At the heel, you'll see a rounded black heel tab with a red line across. There's also red-on-red embroidered Jumpman branding that's only noticeable with a trained eye.

The midsole is primarily black with a mix of red shapes at the forefoot and heel. Beneath these is the icy translucent outsole that includes an Air unit in the heel. An icy patch jaggedly covers the bottom of the shoe, which also has a red Jumpman.

Though they're not the best basketball shoes anymore, these kicks will still help you score big in the style department. Throw them on with baggy jeans or tapered black joggers and a chill tee, and you'll look like the superstar you are.
