The upper consists of a crisp white mesh base. However, there are vibrant pops of Metallic Gold on the Swooshes that line each side panel. Another cool accent is the forefoot overlay that mimics the look of a dragon's scales with gold and white print. Furthering the dragon lore is a golden ouroboros eating its tail—a symbol of infinity as well as the cyclicity of life.
There's a light blue underneath the white mesh side panels that peeks through for a hint of color on the Ja 1 "Chinese New Year." But this blue becomes more apparent on the heel, which is bare of mesh and features Morant's signature on the lateral side. Above that is a golden overlay with a light blue "12" stitched on the left shoe.
It's red on the right shoe.
The tongue follows the same color code. The Ja logo is red on the right shoe and blue on the left. White laces and a white tongue help these colors pop further. A white midsole sits on top of a light blue outsole to complete the look.
These stylish performance basketball shoes are perfect for game day, but their unique color palette and metallic accents make them great lifestyle sneakers too.
