LeBron James … or at least his latest sneaker launching in a “Ghost Green” colorway on June 1. Pick up a pair of the Nike LeBron NXXT Gen shoes, offered in men’s sizes. The basketball kicks come swathed in an otherworldly Ghost Green, with impactful hits of Racer Blue and Space Purple.
These shoes are built for fast-paced games, so even novice ballers can prove their mettle on the paint. The Ghost Green rubber outsole features a traction pattern of Akron, Ohio, a distinct homage to LeBron’s roots. A large black midsole with pink speckling couples with forefoot Zoom Air; Space Purple detailing outlines the heel’s Zoom Air. Both features provide responsive energy return, no matter the direction you’re going.
The balance of the shoe is dressed in a neon Ghost Green, featuring a lightweight yet durable open-hole mesh, with black pebbled leather overlays adding structure to the medial sides of the shoe, complete with a smooth, coral-colored Swoosh and purple stitching.
The lateral sides include a pebbled Racer Blue Swoosh with zig-zag embroidery; a smaller TPU Swoosh swoops just below it, as if to emphasize the branding. The oversize black pebbled-leather tongue tag includes the Nike logo, along with “LBJ.” Double X’s in coral rest atop the heel tab, with a single black X marking the spot in the center of the otherwise green outsole.
