Michael Jordan bookended the 1988–1989 NBA season with one of the most legendary plays in basketball history while rocking a pair of 4s: “The shot,” a buzzer-beating move in game five against Cleveland, pushed Jordan into the stratosphere of sports personalities.
The new Air Jordan 4 Retro Black-Fire Red-Cement Grey-Summit White colorway offers a fresh take on the iconic Jordan sneakers. This latest colorway comes with a distinct leather upper blended with intricate embellishments. Find the basketball shoe in kids’ and men’s sizes at Hibbett Sports on May 4.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro relies on the original shoe’s signature style and a synthetic and leather upper for a premium vibe. Foam cushioning keeps your feet swathed in all-day comfort no matter where your day takes you. The shoe’s upper features the modern Black color, with the White and Red incorporated into the shoe’s midsole and outsole. Cement Grey hits come into play in the sockliner, around the lacing, near the toe and at the Nike branding on the shoe’s heel.
