Put your most fashionable foot forward during those post-meal holiday season runs with the latest luxe sneaker offering from adidas. Beginning Dec. 8, the men’s adidas Ultraboost DNA shoe rolls out in a “Crocodile” colorway featuring black textural crocodilian overlays and a crisp white upper.
Like the toothsome reptile, these running sneakers are sleek, elegant and exceptionally efficient at getting you where you need to go. The Ultraboost DNA takes the Boost technology and runs with it in this heritage-style sneaker. Thousands of energy-returning pellets comprise the white Boost midsole, designed to keep you moving in total comfort.
The shoe’s upper achieves a sock-like fit using a crisp white Primeblue fabric that features recycled materials and a combination of looser and more tightly woven areas. Primeblue begins with adidas’ Primeknit fabric but utilizes recycled ocean plastic in its weave for a more sustainable package. Black, crocodile-patterned leather forms the Three Stripes along the shoe’s sides and outlines the heel for a chic touch.
Other key details of the “Crocodile” adidas Ultraboost shoe include a midfoot-stabilizing Torsion system and a FitCounter to keep the heel firmly in place. A StretchWeb outsole, complete with Continental Rubber, allows for ground-hugging grip on any surface.
