Let Peter Cottontail knock it out of the park when he delivers a pair of the super-collectible “Easter” AJ 5 Retro SE basketball sneakers beginning April 3 in toddler, preschool and grade school girls’ sizes.
This rendition stays true to Nike designer Tinker Hatfield’s iconic sneaker silhouette. The white leather body gets splattered with the pastel speckles, while the shoe’s lacing system features bright white laces, echoing the all-white midsole and outsole. The cutout window on the shoe’s upper features the signature AJ 5 Retro mesh netting.
Standout detailing on this girls’ sneaker includes a Bright Crimson shark-teeth-inspired pattern, which mimics the Bright Crimson insole and Jumpman branding on the tongue and at the heel. Voltage Purple dresses the shoe’s sockliner for a bright contrast.
