The Jordan XXXVII “Black/Bordeaux/Midnight Fog” men’s basketball shoe drops January 5 at Hibbett | City Gear.
There’s lots to love about the “Bordeaux” colorway first seen on the Air Jordan 7 all the way back in 1992. The newest sneaker featuring the heritage tones exudes that retro hoops style packaged in an ultra-modern silhouette. On January 5, the Air Jordan 37 drops in the wine-inspired colorway, featuring black, Midnight Fog and Bordeaux. The Jordan shoe will be available in men’s sizes.
The shoe’s upper design hearkens back to the AJ 7’s exoskeleton style, while layers of grey Leno-weave fabric offer lightweight support and structure. The top line shape and tongue’s Jordan Air also pay tribute to the iconic AJ 7.
The shoe’s titular tone creeps up the throat in a plush fabric, building up to a teal-yellow-black tongue. The high cut inner bootie forms a foot-hugging fit that keeps the ankle protected throughout game play.
Double-stacked forefoot Air adds next-level responsiveness, working in tandem with stacked Formula 23 foam that minimizes aftershocks and protects the feet.
Black mudguards line the sneaker, giving way to a black midsole and outsole, which includes hits of green and yellow. Generously sized heel tabs rise from the translucent ankle overlay and feature Michael Jordan’s elegant signature in orange.
These men’s basketball shoes are suave, sophisticated and perfect for serious bball enthusiasts as well as sneaker hounds.
