The Nike Air Max Pre-Day men’s & women’s shoes drop in three new colorways – Kumquat/Pomegranate/Photon Dust for men and White/Archaeo Pink/Thunder Blue/Pollen and Oatmeal/Black/Hemp/Metallic Silver for women – November 26 at Hibbett | City Gear.
It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day — and the Swoosh is feeling pretty good thanks to its latest spin on the Air Max technology. The reimagined Nike Air Max Pre-Day debuted this past March during Air Max Month.
For this silhouette, Nike dug into its archives to create a retro-style jogging shoe with a modern Air unit in the heel. What surfaced: a simple, sustainable design replete with a punchy color palette and buoyant cushioning.
These Nike shoes will keep you nimble and light on your feet, whether you’re wearing them for a post-meal run or as a lifestyle shoe with your holiday fits. To drive forward its sustainability goals, Nike keeps it real with 20% recycled materials by weight. Other features of the sleek sneak include a reimagined Air window, comfy foam midsole, large retro Swoosh, stitched overlays and updated rubber waffle outsole.
The upper comes dressed in a tightly woven, cheerful mesh and ripstop nylon. Suede reinforces the toe, midfoot and heel, with a mesh overlay serving as the lacing system. Swooshes adorn the shoe’s sides, heel tab and vintage-style Nike logo on the tongue. The sockliner ties in with the laces and the foam midsole, which is hollowed out at the heel to accommodate the Air Max unit. The Waffle outsole includes a studded pattern for enhanced traction, and extra stitching incorporated throughout the shoe contributes to the sneaker’s structured fit and feel.
We’re not saying to ditch the pumpkin pie or the sweet potato casserole. All we’re saying is that the Nike Air Max Pre-Day men’s and women’s sneakers will help keep your waist trim and your feet light all season long.
