The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39 in Pure Platinum, Total Orange and Summit White is a fresh colorway in the updated model that just dropped early this year. The refreshed take on one of Nike’s running shoes offers kids all the padding and support they need to dominate—whether they’re playing a robust game of capture the flag or giving it their all on the track. It’s dropping on June 30 in grade school kids’ sizes.

You’ll notice a light gray engineered mesh upper that will help kids stay cool when things get heated. The orange outline of the classic Nike Swoosh spreads across the middle on both the medial and lateral sides.

Dark teal laces keep your child locked in as they sprint toward their dreams, while a darker gray and teal tongue showcases the Nike Pinwheel logo in white. This is a sign that the shoe is at least partially crafted from recycled or sustainable materials.

While the ankle padding is the same dark teal color from the laces, the insole is a nice burst of Total Orange. You’ll see another slight pop of orange on the heel, with the Nike Swoosh that’s on the white midsole. Above that, a small white tab reads “Nike” in blue.

The white Zoom Air midsole lets everyone know what you’re packing with the words “AirZoom” printed in orange at the forefoot. Beneath that, the waffle-inspired traction pattern on the rubber sole is a mix of darker teal, mint and white.

All in all, this shoe is neutral enough that your little one can wear it with all of their athletic gear. They can throw it on with shorts and a tank for race day, or try it with joggers and a T-shirt when they’re visiting the playground with friends.
