The Kyrie 5 is loaded with some serious technology and a cutting-edge design that makes it into a truly innovative sneaker. Each version of Kyrie Irving sneaks tells a story. The 5s feature the eye within a triangle at the heel of the shoe; on the tongue you’ll find a design inspired by a venus flytrap plant. This shoe marks the first Kyrie that features Flywire, which contains the shoe’s Air unit. The 5s also include placing containment system, Zoom cushioning in the forefoot, molded heel piece and a new, innovative traction pattern.
