Sneakers Release – Nike LeBron 17 “Sprite” and Kyrie 6 “Kaleidoscope” Kids’ Shoes

Mar 11, 2020

There are plenty of standouts in the world of player-endorsed basketball sneakers, but Kyrie Irving and LeBron James‘ latest Nike shoe release are at the top of the list this month with their latest kids’ styles. While Irving and James have had a tenuous friendship at times, the two players continue to forge their legacies together, both on and off the court.

On March 14, snag the new “Kaleidoscope” white, Sapphire and Laser Crimson Kyrie 6 in toddler, preschool and grade school kids’ sizes, and the Nike LeBron 17 grade school kids’ and preschool kids‘ sneakers in a Photo Blue and Ghost Green “Sprite” edition.

Nike unleashed the Kyrie 6 at the beginning of the 2019/2020 NBA season. These shoes feature a sleek, dynamic silhouette built for Irving’s unique playing style. A killer combo of breathable knit and suede with an embroidered Swoosh – in all white – adds texture to the upper. An icy blue TPU midsole strap offers superior foot lockdown. The collection’s signature all-white, all-seeing-eye logo pops at the heel, while a multicolored tribal print adorns the sneaker’s outsole and interior lining. The visual aesthetic is cheerful but conveys a serious on-court presence.

The LeBron 17s feature similar tones with a less restrained palette that evokes the effervescence of a can of Sprite. This shoe pops no matter where you wear it. A vibrant Photo Blue knit upper moves from a solid color to a bubbly “lemon-lime” pattern before meeting in a swirled marble pattern at the heel. The tongue features a cartoon-like black-and-white checkered pattern, and the outsole comes dressed in Ghost Green, with speckles of color featured along the shoe’s white midsole.
