The plate also flexes with movement to ensure you can go through your reps and intervals with ease.

A rubber tread provides firm ground traction, ideal for any activity. The rubber that wraps around the shoe’s arch received a revamp as well, even better tuned for great grip during rope climbs. In addition to breathable yet stable upper materials, a tab locks down your laces so you can focus on your fitness and not untied shoes.
