Kevin Durant has represented Indigenous athletes on the hardcourt for nearly two decades. Now, he is looking to the next generation to light the way for the players who will come after him. Who's got next in KD's sights? Durant's locked in on WNBA player Alissa Pili.

Kevin Durant also tapped Pili to debut his latest N7 colorway. Inspired by Native American Heritage, the KD17 x N7 signature shoe celebrates culture on and off the court.

The KD17 x N7 colorway is part of a multi-piece N7 collection designed by Chelysa “Chief” Owens-Cyr (Fort Peck Assiniboine/Sioux/Pasqua First Nation).

Her inspiration is what she calls the “Big blue Montana sky” which goes across the apparel and footwear. She also used digital art forms to create a contemporary take on traditional bead work designs and ledger art stories that include butterflies, teepees and eagles.

A celebration of culture for everyone to wear, the latest N7 collection celebrates Native & Indigenous culture, marking its interconnectedness to nature as a way to preserve and showcase traditions for generations to come.

What to Expect From the KD17
The Nike KD17 x N7 colorway launches on November 7.

A big forefoot Air Zoom unit offers a different level of velocity, either on the run or out of a standstill position. It offers snappy pop when the game revs up. Springy foam helps you stay fresh 'til the final buzzer.
Cushioned and Supportive
The bottom layer of the upper has Nike Air cushioning at the heel to add a pop in your step. We put a strong plastic piece at the forefoot to help keep you supported.
Cut Quickly
The outsole pattern looks like a topographical map, with an array of contoured ridges that bend and deflect in multiple directions to provide traction for every move.
Stable for the Court
A supportive piece under the arch adds stability.
