Need a tough-performing sneaker whose colorway conveys a cozy, late-winter aesthetic? Warm-up your game this winter with the new flannel-inspired Paul George basketball sneaker.
Available on February 7 in men’s sizes, the latest PG 4 gets a “Plaid” treatment, accented with Football Grey, Laser Blue and Light Smoke Grey hits.
Grey-toned plaid overlays located on the shoes’ lateral sides heightens the Nike PG 4’s already sophisticated silhouette. A zipper encasing the lacing system bisects the shoe’s upper shell, a refined treatment that serves to keep the wearer’s foot locked tightly into the sneaker.
The “Plaid” PG 4 also incorporates loosely woven mesh on its medial side, which affords glimpses of the sneaker’s bright crimson lacing system and matching crimson tongue tab and heel pulls. Laser Blue coloring is found solely in the Nike Swooshes featured on the sneakers’ sides and additional branding located on the shoes’ zippers.
New to this PG model is a full-length Nike “Air Strobel” system, an innovative reimagining of the Paul George collection’s traditional inlaid Air unit. This iteration attaches directly to the upper and comes encased in an EVA midsole for lightweight comfort with each step.
The Air unit is visible via a window embedded into the basketball sneaker‘s black outsole, which is equipped with a reengineered traction pattern of small, concentric circles for stick-to-the-court grip when and where it counts.
Why blend in when you can stand out? This February 7, let Hibbett | City Gear help you make your move in a pair of “Plaid” men’s Nike PG 4 sneakers.
