Hibbett Partners with Nike for LA's After Dark Tour Half Marathon

On June 7, a select group of 12 Hibbett team members participated in the Nike After Dark Tour half marathon in Los Angeles. This event was the result of a direct partnership between Hibbett and Nike, forming a dedicated "Run Team" comprised of field leaders, store team members, and buyers.

The Nike After Dark Tour distinguishes itself from traditional races by offering a unique nocturnal experience. As part of the partnership, Hibbett's team had access to exclusive Nike-hosted experiences, including a shakeout run and a yoga session leading up to the main event. The presence of Nike Ekins provided expert support and significantly contributed to the overall atmosphere and energy for the runners.

Beyond the competitive aspect, the event facilitated valuable team bonding and product education. Participants gained firsthand experience with Nike's performance footwear, notably the Nike Vomero 18, which was highlighted for its performance on the course. The urban night setting of Los Angeles, amplified by the energy of the crowd, music, and integrated lighting, created a distinct and engaging running environment
