The Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Atmosphere" women's & kids' shoe launched April 22 at Hibbett | City Gear, and we've got pairs up for grabs!

Michael Jordan's first signature sneaker, the AJ 1, still stands the test of time. The Peter Moore design is constantly being reinvented in new colorways and styles because we still just can't get enough.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Washed Pink" is one such example of a revamped kick. It comes in a muted mix of Atmosphere, Muslin, Sail and white shades that look just faded enough to come from the '80s. Luck is with the ladies, as this is a women's exclusive also dropping in preschool and toddler girls' sizes.

The configuration here is similar to 2021's "Hyper Royal" colorway — just with pink as the keynote color instead of blue. Light pink suede overlays cover the white leather upper around the toe, eyestays, ankle and heel. There's also a light pink suede Swoosh soaring across the middle.

Ventilation holes across the vamp transition to off-white laces (the kicks also come with a light pink pair if you want to switch them out). These cover a creamy tongue featuring a white tongue tag with light pink Nike Air branding. Not to be missed is the detachable lace tag. It's made of pink suede and has white Nike Air branding. This could be a sweet touch if you're mostly using these shoes for chilling.

On the lateral ankle of each basketball shoe, you'll see the original Air Jordan Wings logo embossed in white. It's inspired by the way His Airness takes flight like a fighter jet. All of this sits on a cream midsole that wraps uniformly around the shoe. Beneath that is a light pink rubber outsole with the usual pivot circle traction pattern — great for grip wherever your heart takes you.

With all of the pink in these shoes, you'll want to go neutral with your styling to avoid a feminine overload. Try creamy crew socks that match the midsole. Then, pair with pastel leggings and a crop top to look like the chillest of them all.

The AJ 1 Retro High OG "Washed Pink" is yet another pink pair for the ladies, but its muted stylings offer a tough-as-nails look that'll give you a fierce strut.
