The Jordan 1 Retro OG "Elephant Print" dropped in men's and kids' sizes May 6 at Hibbett | City Gear, and we've got pairs up for grabs!

As the shoe that started it all, the Air Jordan 1 is a classic. Now, Jordan Brand is reimagining its roots with a fun twist on the original design.

The Jordan 1 High OG "White Cement" colorway mixes shades of Tech Grey, Muslin, black and white in a familiar elephant print pattern You might be thinking—doesn't the elephant print belong on the AJ 3? It does, which is what makes this new kick such a fun mashup. You can score it in men's and grade school kids' sizes starting May 6.

The crackly, elephant-skin-like pattern covers the white leather overlays around the toe, over the tongue, around the ankle and behind the heel. You'll see the base is a creamy gray color with darker wrinkle lines throughout.

A black Swoosh flies across the middle of the shoe, wrapping around the heel to connect to the other side. There are also touches of black on the ankle padding, as well as front and center on the dark laces.

The tongue is mostly white, but it does feature a black patch with the Nike Air logo in cream. On the lateral ankle, there's also the original Air Jordan Wings logo in black—something you only really see these days in throwbacks to the Peter Moore design. The insole is black with white Nike Air branding.

A cream-colored midsole cuts straight around the shoe, keeping things simple. Under that is a taupe rubber outsole with the usual pivot circle traction pattern, as well as a Nike logo at the midfoot.

Since these kicks have a high ankle design, we recommend pairing them with black crew socks and some basketball shorts. That way, you can invoke a chill vibe without rubbing your heels raw. If you are going with pants, try black tapered joggers so you can show off your kicks without covering them up.
