The Jordan 14 Retro Low “Metallic Silver” women’s shoe launches March 3 at Hibbett | City Gear.
It’s been a hot minute since we’ve seen an Air Jordan 14 Retro release, and this latest women’s shoe does not disappoint. There’s plenty to love about the fashion-forward metallic colorway of the newest shoe. Beginning March 3, Jordan fans and sneakeristas alike can slide into a pair of the smooth Air Jordan 14 Low Retro women’s shoes, offered in a “Metallic Silver” colorway featuring the titular tone along with Fire Red, Wolf Grey and black.
Metallic Silver gives these shoes their outer space-like edge, outfitting most of the upper with stitched-on silver leather overlays. Black material composes the lacing system, throat and tongue, and wraps around the ankle. The silver Jumpman emblem on the sides of the shoe rests against a black backdrop, with a slice of black foam exposed along the midsole just below it. The balance of the midsole mixes grey and silver with an impactful hit of Fire Red licking at the heel. Jordan branding on the tongue also gets cast in red, and space-age-like Jordan branding crawls up the heel as well.
The shoe’s red insole depicts a map and a one-cent Jumpman coin, surrounded by black sockliner material. Underfoot you’ll find a grey, silver and black rubber outsole largely characterized by a classic herringbone traction pattern and exposed shank plate.
This shoe is all slick, futuristic, sophisticated style, reminiscent of the sports car upon which it was inspired. Whether you wear these light-catching kicks with a fancy gown, a short, sporty dress or a pair of jeans and a moto jacket, one thing is for certain: These shoes will set you apart from the pack.
