The Jordan Luka 1 “White/Total Orange/Black”colorway drops in toddler, preschool, grade school and men’s sizes February 20 at Hibbett | City Gear.
The latest Luka colorway in his lineup is a black, white and Total Orange sneaker characterized by varying textures and materials that contribute to the “cutting-edge tech meets streamlined basketball shoe” we’ve come to expect over the last few years.
The Air Jordan Luka 1 “Safari” sneaker drops at Hibbett | City Gear on February 20 in toddler, preschool, grade school and men’s sizes. That means you can cop your kicks and wear them while watching All-Star Weekend.
Primarily dressed in white, the Luka 1 “Safari” shoes mix a black and white almost snake-like print on the lateral side of the upper, with cheetah on the lateral and the Jordan 3’s iconic elephant print outlining the medial. A series of embroidered Flight Wire helps keep the foot locked into the shoe. The rest of the medial side of the sneaker remains largely absent of anything but crisp white mesh and ankle-stabilizing overlays.
A rubber wrap around the ankle supports the heel, contributing to the stability of the foot during step-back movements come game time, along with the orange rubber outsole featuring a precision grip pattern.
The white and light grey textured midsole employs full-length Formula 23 foam for out-of-this-world responsiveness — the first shoe to use proprietary foam in this manner. A stability plate built into the foam aids in quickness. An all-black throat and tongue leads the way to hits of total orange on Luka’s logo, with a minuscule orange Jumpamn at the bottom of the lacing system and orange hits incorporated throughout the sneaker rendition.
Whether you’re wearing them on the court or your kid is running laps around the playground, the Luka 1 “Safari” sneakers will help them unleash that inner wild side balanced with a fast-on-their-feet prowess that comes from the underfoot technology.Shop these shoes at Hibbett | City Gear beginning February 20 in toddler, preschool, grade school and men’s sizes.
