Sneakers Release- Kids’ Nike Force 1 “White/Sail White” Colorway Drops 4/23

Apr 12, 2021

Spring is in full bloom and the world is painted in dozens of nature’s most beautiful colors. Well, this month, the Nike brand invites kids of all ages and sizes to bring a little color to their closes and to color outside the lines with the new Nike Force 1 “Paint Splatter” colorway. This kids’ shoe drops on April 23 in toddler, preschool and grade school kids’ sizes. This colorway takes creativity to the next level too, encouraging wearers to add their own creations to the shoes’ white leather uppers.

The canvas: a white and Sail base composed of tumbled leather. The artist’s medium: whatever their hearts desire — pen, Sharpie, paint … you name it.

To get those creative juices flowing, the Force 1 Low features a midsole speckled with multiple colors, while larger splatters appear on the toe box and laces. A well-worn black Swoosh and heel badge adorn the shoe, with “Nike” scrawled along the tongue.

The soft foam midsole gives way to a solid rubber foundation, which offers traction whether your kid is playing in the grass or running down the sidewalk.

Created with both durability and comfort in mind, the AF1’s evolved over the decades from a hardwood-ready option to a lifestyle, go-anywhere, do-anything shoe. This latest iteration stands in stark contrast to the all-white colorway originally released in 1982, but Bruce Kilgore’s innovation, creativity and the Air Force One’s timelessness continue to shine.

These sneakers are made for messes, celebrating the perfect imperfection of the artistic mind. Help your kids embrace their inner artists with the doodle-ready Nike Force 1 Low “Paint Splatter” sneakers, available in toddler, preK and grade school kids’ sizes online and in-stores at Hibbett | City Gear starting April 23.
