Cardi likes big and bold – making no apologies for any of it. The hip-hop artist is a savvy businesswoman, raking in the cash with her shrewd comments, playful nature and controversial lyrics.

In keeping with Cardi’s big bold lifestyle and overall aesthetic comes the Cardi B x Reebok Club C — a made-to-stand-out shoe with a chunky platform and devil-may-care vibes. From the top, Cardi’s gonna make the new shoe drop beginning April 23. Out in public, make a scene with these club-ready women’s and grade school girls’ Reeboks available in a black and red color combo.

First created in the 1980s, the Reebok Club C shoe was the quintessential tennis court sneaker. In the ’90s, the Reebok kicks became part of the fashion scene, a timeless street-ready sneaker as versatile as it was comfy. These days, Cardi gravitates to the shoe, amping it up with a thick foundation for a boot-like, utilitarian vibe.

Cardi don’t cook and she don’t clean, but her shoe is a crisp modern thing with a black leather upper that gives way to the generously sized red translucent outsole and midsole. With its oversized look, the leather tongue gives this sneaker its flex along with a cable tab trimmed in a rope-like red and black pattern.

Classic Reebok branding presents on the tongue, the sides of the shoe and along the tread pattern. Cardi may have “diamonds up and down her chain,” but these Cardi B kicks feature a diamond-like traction pattern and boot-like treads. A plush textile lining gives comfort befitting the diva herself.
