The Nike Air Max Pre-Day “Kumquat/Pomegranate/Photon Dust” is now available in men’s sizes at Hibbett | City Gear.
It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day — and the Swoosh is feeling pretty good thanks to its latest spin on the Air Max technology. The reimagined Nike Air Max Pre-Day.
For this silhouette, Nike dug into its archives to create a retro-style jogging shoe with a modern Air unit in the heel. What surfaced: a simple, sustainable design replete with a punchy color palette and buoyant cushioning.
The delightful Nike Air Max Pre-Day “Kumquat” palette features a citrusy blend of Kumquat orange and juicy Pomegranate with lunar-grey Photon Dust overlays.
The Nike shoes will keep you light on your feet, whether you’re wearing them on a run or as a lifestyle shoe. To drive forward its sustainability goals, Nike keeps it real with 20% recycled materials by weight. Other features of the sleek sneak include a reimagined Air window, comfy foam midsole, large retro Swoosh, stitched overlays and updated rubber waffle outsole.
The upper comes dressed in a tightly woven, cheerful Kumquat mesh and ripstop nylon. Grey suede reinforces the toe, midfoot and heel, with a grey mesh overlay serving as the lacing system. Pomegranate-red Swooshes adorn the shoe’s sides, heel tab and vintage-style Nike logo on the tongue. A white sockliner ties in with the laces and the foam midsole, which is hollowed out at the heel to accommodate the Air Max unit. The black Waffle outsole includes a studded pattern for enhanced traction, and extra stitching incorporated throughout the shoe contributes to the sneaker’s structured fit and feel.
