The NCAA basketball championship is quickly approaching, and to celebrate, Nike is about to drop a fun shoe perfect for your own basketball tournaments.

The Nike Cosmic Unity 2 “Nike University” colorway features a hearty dose of Wolf Grey, Cone, Pure Platinum and black. The bright orange accents throughout might be a subtle nod to the fact that orange-colored teams have the highest wins per number of teams in the past 37 years. Or, it could just be a cool design that’s totally unrelated. Either way, these shoes drop in men’s sizes on March 1.

Shades of gray mesh fill out the upper. In the toe box, these grays are accented with orange flecks. On the sides of the toe, there are black accent flecks instead. Separating these differently colored panels is embroidered orange outlining that starts at the toe, continues up the vamp and juts back down to the midsole. The laces are mostly white with orange detailing, and they sit on top of a ventilated white tongue. The tongue branding is a yellow cartoon figure with a basketball in hand.

Inside the shoe, the bright orange insole offers a nice contrast with the white ankle padding. There’s also black branding here that reads “Nike University.” The heel features a black tab that reads “Nike University” on the left shoe and “Waffles” on the right shoe. Beneath this is a piece of the midsole featuring subtle swirl patterns with a large cutout for a mesh panel beneath.

The light gray midsole continues around the shoe in overstated patterns, creating a fierce look. Especially noticeable are the three cutouts right at the midsole that give off the illusion of teeth. Beneath this is the bright orange rubber outsole, which features cryptic runes and other swirl patterns for a tribal look. You’ll also notice “002” at the very tip of the toe.
