This season may mark Steph Curry‘s eleventh year in the NBA, but his love for the game, the team, and the fans is as strong as its ever been.

This month the two-time MVP is launching a new Curry 7 colorway, “Dub Nation,” dedicated to the Warriors’ loyal fanbase as a tribute to their continued support during the team’s transition for Oakland’s Oracle Center to the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Inspired by the Warriors’ signature blue and gold jerseys, the Curry 7 “Dub Nation” colorway is dressed in a variety of royal and navy blue hues, accented by a shocking neon green on the shoes’ mid-foot plate and tongue regions. The electric green represents the energy Golden State fans bring to the stands night-in and night-out.

The Curry 7’s upper employs translucent layers of mesh, TPU skin and synthetic leather to achieve a trifecta of comfort, breathability and flexibility. The TPU skin comes into play at the midfoot, offering structure and support.

Perforated holes at the tongue enhance the upper’s breathability, while the basketball shoe’s heel and collar feature foam padding for a boost of comfort. The overall texture-on-texture effect gives this basketball sneaker a sleek aesthetic, but strategic zonal placement of materials also adds stability and mobility.

The UA Curry 7 in Royal/Green comes with a flexible plate that further supports and stabilizes the foot, and a decoupled heel counter helps reduce impact at the back of the foot so players can land safely after making jump shots.

The basketball sneaker also features Under Armour‘s HOVR and Micro G foam technologies for added comfort and improved energy return. The shoe’s traditional herringbone-patterned rubber outsole offers wearers maximum multidirectional traction.
