There have only been an anointed few NBA players officially attached to the Air Jordans brand — six, in fact. Following on the heels of Jayson Tatum’s partnership with Jordan comes Luka Dončić. Here’s what you need to know about the Dallas Mavericks superstar and his unprecedented rise to the top.

The Jumpman brand took notice of Luka’s abilities and signed the player to their roster in 2019. Since then, Luka has shown up on court in Air Jordan 36 PEs, but his official Luka signature shoe has yet to launch, despite constantly teased release dates. Regardless of when the Luka Dončić shoes drop, the Jordan Luka 1 will feature unmatched technology for players of all stripes.
Three of the standout features in the Luka signature shoe include:
When can we expect the Jordan Luka 1? Time will tell. In the meantime, keep an eye on Luka Dončić, and be sure to stock up on Luka-exclusive merch, like a Statement Edition player’s jersey, at Hibbett | City Gear.
