Returns
The easiest and quickest way to return an item is by using our online process. We offer free returns and returns pick up for 60 days!
To start a return and print your pre-paid return label, check your order status below.
Please note: Curbside Pickup Orders are returnable via mail for free with Standard return shipping for up to 60 days after purchase. For added convenience, returns can be picked up from your home for free, courtesy of USPS.
Pick up services may not be available in all areas.

Most items can also be returned to a Hibbett store. You can check your return eligibility and options using the start a return process above. Click "Check Order Status" to begin.
Online purchases and purchases made in Hibbett stores cannot be returned at City Gear store locations.
Exchanges
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged, but Hibbett does offer free returns for up to 60 days after purchase!

If you would like an item in a different size or color you must:
  • First, return the item to your local Hibbett location or via mail for a refund.
  • Then place a new order for the product in the correct size or color with your refund!


  • All online purchases are returnable by mail for free via Standard ground return shipping. To print your pre-paid return shipping label, start a return by clicking "Check Order Status" above.

    Return FAQs
    All items purchased online are returnable via mail, and most products can be returned to a Hibbett store, but not all. Curbside Pickup Orders are returnable both in-store and via mail.

    When you return an item to a Hibbett store, please bring one of the following with you to assist us in locating your order and issuing your refund:
  • Order Confirmation Email
  • Shipment Email
  • Packing List that came with your shipment

  • Please note: Products purchased online or in a Hibbett store cannot be returned to a City Gear location.
    Hibbett is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
    If your package shows delivered, but you can’t find it, give the carrier 3 additional days to deliver.

    Standard ground return shipping is free. We also offer home pick up of your returns at no cost to you, courtesy of USPS. All other shipping methods will be paid by you.

    Free returns for are offered for up to 60 days after purchase in-store or from the date your order orignally ships. If you are returning items by mail, USPS will pickup your return from your home at no cost to you with free standard return shipping.

    Hibbett will not accept returns on the following items:
  • Items that have been worn or washed or are not in like-new condition.
  • Certain items covered by manufacturer's warranties. Check to see if your product qualifies.
    Notice: Baseball/softball bats cannot be returned if the wrapper has been removed. If you have used your bat and believe it is defective, you must contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
  • Items that have been customized
  • Some products purchased at Hibbett.com (including all apps) may not be returnable in-store.
  • Please start a return" using our "Check Order Status" option above to check your items' eligibility.
